Strawberry Shortcakes

These days I'm craving everything strawberry! Strawberry ice cream, strawberry jam and just love binging on lots of fresh strawberries too. You can't imagine my happiness when a friend of mine started talking about craving strawberry shortcake. And you know me, it stuck with me. I decided that I HAD to make it today!
