Rainbow Pasta Salad

I made these Ramadan Iftar boxes on the first day of Ramadan. I filled them with some of my most popular treats and snacks. And I got so many messages asking for the recipes for all the items in the box. I knew this would happen so I decided to include them in my Ramadan series this year. The first recipe to begin with this year is the Rainbow Pasta Salad. It is so easy to make even the kids love the bright and colourful vegetables. So make sure you at least try this recipe during this Ramadan month.
