Air Fryer Chicken Tenders With Honey Mustard Sauce

Updated: Aug 1, 2021

Chicken tenders make a great snack, for the young and the young at heart. The honey mustard sauce just ties it all together. My kids love this combo as much as I do. And seeing as I'm supposed to be eating 'healthy', I decided to make my recipe in the air fryer and it came out a treat! Now I won't feel bad chomping down on these! And neither will you. Just toss all the ingredients together, dip the tenders in egg, then the breading and toss them in the air fryer. Thats it!
