Subway's Italian Herb and Cheese Rolls

I love making my own bread and sandwiches are a need in this house with the kids going to school. And recently they have been off their normal sandwich options, so I decided to change things up by making my own subway Italian herb and cheese rolls at home. And the best part was, I was able to add their choice of fillings as I wanted for each child. Needless to say, they were very happy and the kids at school were very jealous!

  7. Brush the tops with olive oil, top with Italian seasoning, cheddar and parmesan cheese.

  8. Bake the rolls at 180c for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature of the buns is 165c.

  9. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving
