Pizza night is always a hit in our house, but sometimes I like switching things up from the usual tomato sauce. This Ranch Chicken Pizza is creamy, cheesy and loaded with flavourful chicken, while the ranch adds the perfect tangy kick! It was such a huge hit with the family, and I already know I’ll be making it again. If you love ranch and pizza, then you definitely need to give this recipe a go!

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
A pinch of salt

1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup warm milk
1 tablespoon sugar
11 grams yeast
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
Chicken Filling
2 tablespoons oil
400 grams chicken- cubed
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the ranch. Mix well and set it aside for later.
Mix the yeast, sugar, milk and water in a bowl. Set it aside for 10-15 minutes until the yeast blooms.
Add the flour, salt and oil to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough at a high speed for 10 minutes until it comes together in a ball. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Marinate the chicken in the spices then saute the chicken for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Set the chicken aside to cool. If using mushrooms then sauté them and set aside too.
Divide the dough into 3 balls. Roll each ball into a 9 inch pizza base. Spread 3-4 tablespoons of the ranch onto each of the bases. Top with shredded cheese, cooked chicken, mushrooms, olives, sliced onions, peppers, jalapeños, dried oregano and chilli flakes.
Bake the pizzas at 200c for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and drizzle over ranch.
