Pico De Gallo

My recipe for Pico de Gallo is so easy to make and is eaten all day long. Even if we aren’t eating Mexican food, my whole family will request this with lunch every day.



Pico De Gallo



Preparation Time 5 minutes

Serves 12

Yields 3 cups


Ingredients


6 roma tomatoes- diced

1/2 onion- minced

3 tablespoons coriander- chopped

1/2 jalapeno- chopped

1/2 lemon- juiced

1 clove garlic- minced

A pinch of cumin

Salt and pepper- to taste





Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
