Some recipes are meant to be full meals, but other times I just want to share the simple things, like this delicious and easy guacamole. Serve it with your fajitas, tortilla chips and crunch wraps. You can’t go wrong with a great guacamole. And homemade is always better! And forget better, it’s way too easy not to make it yourself at home. You will never buy guacamole again!Â
Preparation Time 10 minutesÂ

IngredientsÂ
3 ripe avocadosÂ
1/2 onion- choppedÂ
2 tomatoes- dicedÂ
3 tablespoons coriander- choppedÂ
1 jalapeno- chopped- optionalÂ
2 cloves garlic- mincedÂ
1 lime- juicedÂ
1/2 teaspoon saltÂ
1/2 teaspoon black pepperÂ
InstructionsÂ
Slice the avocados and mash the with a fork.Â
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning.Â
To keep in the fridge and prevent the guacamole from losing its colour, apply a layer of cling film directly to the surface of the guacamole. Chill until ready to use.Â
