Dahi Phulkiyan

Over the last few weeks I have been sharing a few of my favourite Pakistani recipes and I am here to share another. Dahi Phulkiyan! It is like loaded Pakistani Raita. I love how so many flavours can fit into a bowl: just like fireworks!!!! We usually serve dahi phulkiyan with Pulao or Biryani, but we will sometimes just eat it on its own too- it tastes that amazing!!!
