Tandoori Lamb chops are a favourite in my house. My husband is a real meat and potatoes guy, but he doesn’t just like normal steak and potatoes. I like it mix it up and make new things every so often, so that there is a variety of foods that the family get to try. These tandoori lamb chops were served alongside daal, salad and raita. The boys really enjoyed it and asked me to make it for them again. I would call this a success!
