Chicken Lo Mein

You all know me by now, I am always making quick recipes but filled with flavour. I try to make food that is healthy for the kids and will try to add as many vegetables in them as possible so that they are getting lots of nutrients. This chicken lo mein was great. A quick and easy 15 minute dinner idea that everyone in the family can enjoy. If you prefer not to add meat, you can make it in even less time. EVEN BETTER!
