Ramadan is coming, and I’m so happy. I love coming up with so many recipes that I can use during the busy days, when I need to spend more time in more important matters. This vermicelli fruit custard is one of those easy desserts. I am able to whip it up in the morning and allow it set until I need to use it in the evening. But from start to finish it takes only minutes to make, but it tastes fantastic! I love how cool and refreshing this dessert is, perfect for Ramadan or even hot summer days. If you don’t like the fruits I have mentioned, you can use a mixture of whatever you have in your fridge.
