Mixed Berry Overnight French Toast Bake

The weekend is perfect for family breakfasts and I love to entertain. The kids want to eat something completely different to the adults, so I end up making a few dishes for brunch and invite many people over so we can all enjoy the weekend together.

This mixed berry overnight French toast bake is fantastic. It is prepared the night before and all I have to do is put it in the oven in the morning. It’s great because I can get on with other brunch items in the morning instead. This French toast bake is great because you can exchange the berries with caramelised bananas or even caramelised apples. It can be easily adapted to suit your family’s needs. Serve with whipped cream or even a huge scoop of Nutella and chopped nuts. It is fantastic and loved by everyone!
