Mango Salsa


Mango salsa is perfect to serve with fish tacos, grilled chicken, lamb kebabs and pretty much anything and everything! My parents love their mango salsa with quite a kick, which surprisingly was a huge hit with my kids too. I’m so happy they liked it!



Mango Salsa


Preparation Time 10 minutes 

Serves 6-8 


Ingredients 


2 ripe/ 3 cups ripe mangoes- diced 

1/2 small red onion- chopped 

1-2 jalapeños- pickled and chopped 

1/2 cup fresh coriander- chopped 

10 cherry tomatoes- chopped 

1/8 cup mango juice 

Juice of 1 lime 

2 tablespoons hot sauce 

Salt and pepper- to taste 






Instructions 


  1. Toss all the ingredients together. Mix well. 

  2. Adjust seasoning. Chill until ready to serve. 

  3. Store in airtight container. Use within 2 days.
