Mango Lassi 

Mango lassi is my favourite way to cool down on a hot summer day. It comes together in minutes with sweet mangoes, creamy yogurt and a little sugar. The yogurt adds just the right tang against the richness of the mango. Serve chilled and enjoy every sip all summer long.


Mango Lassi


Preparation Time 5 minutes 

Serves 4


Ingredients 


3 alphonso/ Sindhi mangoes- peeled and cubed

2 cups yogurt 

1/4 cup sugar- as needed 

Ice- optional 




Instructions 


  1. Grind the mangoes and sugar together until smooth. Add the yogurt and ice and blend once more until smooth. 

  2. Pour the lassi into glasses. Top with mango chunks and garnish with a mint leaf

  3. Serve immediately.
