Mango Frozen Yogurt

Frozen Yogurt is a great way to cool off in the hot summer months.

I prefer frozen yogurt over ice cream, as I use natural yogurt or even greek yogurt which contains lots of good bacteria. Yogurt also has loads of calcium and is great for growing little tummies.

I make frozen yogurt with no stress! i use a food processor, toss in all the fruit, yogurt, honey/sweetener and just mix it all together! Literally takes seconds to come together. You can always change up the fruit and use whatever is in season which is why I love this recipe so much.

Mango Frozen Yogurt

Preparation Time 5 minutes

Freeze Time 6 hours- overnight

Serves 4

Ingredients


1 large mango- in cubes

1 cup yogurt

2 tablespoons honey/ 1/4 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the mangos until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a container and freeze until firm.

  3. Scoop and serve.
