Loaded Fries

Movie night is just an excuse to eat lots and lots of snacks. And I do not count any calories when eating movie night snacks. These loaded fries are so delicious you may have to make them a few times more the same night!

Preparation Time 10 minutes 

Cook Time 20 minutes 

Serves 4 


Ingredients 


1 red onion- halved and sliced 

1/2 lime- juiced 

450 grams frozen fries 

2 teaspoons cajun spice 

750 grams mined beef

150 grams shredded cheese 

2 tomatoes- chopped 

150 grams sour cream 

50 grams pickled jalapeños 

Coriander- to decorate. 









Instructions 


  1. Combine the sliced onion, lime juice and salt. Mix well and set aside for 20 minutes. 

  2. Bake/ air fry the fries. 

  3. Fry the meat in salt, black pepper and cajun spice, until golden brown. 

  4. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet. Top with the meat and cheese. Melt for 10 minutes in the broiler. 

  5. Top with tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeños, pickled onions and coriander.
