I don't want to eat fast food with all the fat, and you shouldn't have to either. So I want to share my recipe for KFC potato wedges. I love how this recipe is perfect for all potato lovers. They turned out super crispy and packed full of flavour.

300 grams potatoes- washed
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
oil for spraying
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into wedges and place them in ice water for 15 minutes. This will help remove the excess starch from the potatoes, making them extra crispy. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl. Set aside.
Combine the flour, seasoning salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper in a bowl.
Dip the potatoes in the egg mixture, then into the seasoned flour. Brush off the excess flour and set the wedges on a tray.
Place the wedges in a single layer on the air fryer basket.
Spray the wedges with oil. Bake the wedges at 180c for 10 minutes. Flip the wedges over, brush with oil again and bake another 5 minutes.
Serve with bbq sauce or sour cream!
