Homemade Burger Buns

I love making my own bread and I feel like it’s a lost art. But homemade bread is better than shop bought. Especially when homemade burger buns only contain a handful of ingredients, unlike the chemicals and preservatives stuffed in the store bought ones. And after I made these burger buns, there was no turning back. Everyone was raving about how soft, light and fluffy the buns turned out. I used them to make my Five Guys Double Bacon Cheeseburgers! I’ll be sharing that recipe with you soon too! Stay tuned.
