These days my kitchen is a revolving door for snacks and freezable Ramadan treats. I’m making as many things as possible by the end of this week so I can focus on home decor for Ramadan! I don’t want to get flustered for the first 10 days of Ramadan.
These four cheese samosas were made with 2 variations because the kids have their own preferences. I adapted them by adding spring onions to one set and jalapeños to the other. But be careful that once you have fried them, leave them to cool slightly for like 2 minutes otherwise you will end up biting in molten cheese!!!! SO hot but so yum!!
