I am always looking for easy and delicious desserts. After just flipping through the pages of my recipe book I remembered this Chocolate Oreo Crepe Rolls dessert I made a few weeks ago. It was delicious! And I hope you enjoy this recipe too!Â

IngredientsÂ
2 eggs- room temperature
30 grams sugarÂ
200 ml milkÂ
1 teaspoon vanillaÂ
60 grams flourÂ
1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powderÂ
1 1/2 tablespoons butter- meltedÂ
200 ml whipping cream- coldÂ
1 1/2 tablespoons sugarÂ
6-8 crushed OreosÂ
GanacheÂ
100 grams double creamÂ
200 grams chocolate chipsÂ
InstructionsÂ
Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and pale. Add the milk and vanilla. Mix it well.Â
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the wet ingredients. Mix it in. Add the melted butter and mix once more.Â
Strain the crepe batter into a jug. This makes it easier to pour the crepe mixture into the pan.Â
Place a medium sized pan on a medium heat. Pour around 1/4 cup batter into the pan, cook the crepe on both sides until just cooked. Do not overcook it. Continue with the rest of the batter. This batter will make around 6-8 crepes. Set the crepes aside to coolÂ
In the meantime, beat the whipped cream with the sugar until stiff peaks.Â
Arrange three of the crepes in a row, overlapping them slightly. Spread the whipped cream in the middle of the three crepes. Top with the crushed Oreos. Fold the crepes over and roll them up. Continue with the rest of the crepes.Â
Chill the chocolate Oreo crepe rolls in the fridge for 30 minutes.Â
Make the ganache: combine the double cream and chocolate chips in a bowl. Melt in the microwave at 30 second bursts until smooth.Â
Pour the ganache over the chocolate Oreo crepe rolls. Use a spatula to spread the ganache over the edges. Chill the chocolate Oreo crepe rolls for 30 minutes then serve.Â
