I’m always trying to liven up the salads we eat at home. Every day I make up a huge bowl of salad, but I’m always looking for yummy dressings to go with them. I prefer to make them at home myself instead of using the store bought bottles. And trust me….. There is no comparison! This balsamic vinaigrette is an explosion of flavour!
