Serves 4
Ingredients
250 grams all purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
125 grams warm water
Lavash Oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
8 cloves garlic- minced
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup chopped coriander
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
Instructions
Combine the flour, salt and oil. Mix until combined. Slowly add the water until a dough forms. You may not need to add all the water. You may have to add a couple tablespoons extra, depending on the flour.
Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes to relax the gluten.
Prepare the chilli oil. Place the oil in a frying pan. Allow the oil to heat on medium. Add the chillies and garlic. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the water and then the coriander. Mix well then cook off the water. Turn off the stove and set it aside.
Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll them out until really thin. Cook for 1 minute each side until it puffs up a little. Remove them from the stove.
Immediately brush on some of the chilli oil and serve.
