These golden, flaky spinach and cheese rolls are the perfect little bites for any occasion! Crispy puff pastry wrapped around a creamy, cheesy spinach filling — they're great for party platters, teatime snacks, lunchboxes or even a light dinner with a salad on the side. My family absolutely loved them, and I have a feeling yours will too!

INGREDIENTS
340g spinach- drained well
1/2 cup feta cheese- crumbled
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese- shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese- softened
1/4 cup green onion- sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
1 tsp onion powder
4 sheets puff pastry
Sesame seeds- for topping
EGG WASH
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400F / 200C.
2. In a bowl, combine the spinach, feta, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onion, salt, black pepper, Aleppo pepper and onion powder. Mix well.
3. Roll out your puff pastry sheets.
4. Place the filling down the middle of each sheet. Roll it over, brush the edge with egg wash, seal and trim. Cut into small 1-inch pieces.
5. Place the rolls on a baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
TIPS
Make sure your spinach is drained really well so the filling stays thick and doesn't make the pastry soggy.
These are best served warm, fresh from the oven!
Perfect for freezing before baking — just bake from frozen and add a few extra minutes.
