Peri Peri Chicken Wings
I am always looking for yummy snack recipes for get togethers at my house on the weekends, during the summers or even at bbqs where there are so many people at our house. This recipe is one of my favourites because they come together so easily and you don’t have to fuss too much.
Preparation Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Yields 12 full chicken wings
12 full chicken wings- with skins
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon oil
6 cloves garlic- minced
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons chilli flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Combine tomato paste, oil, garlic, coriander, paprika chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Mix well to form a paste.
Add the chicken wings and rub the marinade into the chicken, making sure they are completely covered.
It’s optional to allow time for marination and is always preferred. If you are low on time, you can cook them immediately.
Preheat the oven to 200c. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes. Then broil for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
Serve with ranch dressing
