Dill Potatoes

I love potatoes. I don’t think I could live without potatoes in my life. I’m always looking for new ways to cook them. I want something new and exciting. These dill potatoes are so fresh and the recipe is insanely easy, even beginners can try making this at home.

Preparation Time 40 minutes

Cook Time 30-40 minutes

Serves 6-8


6-8 large new potatoes- peeled and cut in quarters

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic- minced

2-3 tablespoons fresh dill - chopped

2 tablespoons butter- melted

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.

  2. Mix the olive oil, butter, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the oil over the potatoes. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 200c. Bake the potatoes for 30-40 minutes. Flip them halfway through. Cook them until tender and crispy.
