Cosmic Brownies

I’ve been seeing this new trend for cosmic brownies online, and I’m usually not one to follow a trend but once the kids saw them, they were driving me nuts to make them something like this. Now after a couple of experimental batches, I have come up with an amazing recipe for cosmic brownies. A fudge brownie, topped with chocolate ganache and these cool sprinkles on top of that. Don’t these look so cool?

  8. Top them with the sprinkles and then put the brownies in the fridge to allow the ganache to set

  9. Once the ganache is set, cut the brownies into squares.
