I make desserts that can be handed out on a regular basis. The kids take them to school, I place them in gift baskets to give to neighbours, even hand them out to friends when I can. I was given a huge bag of chocolate chips and was thinking of what to do with them. These chocolate chip cheesecake brownies came to mind. And I have to say, they were perfect. My husband was raving about these for days. He was hoping I would make another batch that week.
I love how this is a combination of 2 desserts, so you don’t have to choose which one you want. It really doesn’t get better than that.Â
