Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wraps

I love to make snacks and lunches for the boys. But I feel like the same old lunches can get really boring and plain. I wanted to use up some tortillas and rotisserie chicken that I had in the fridge and I thought ‘crunch wraps’! I am so glad I made these. They were perfect for the my husband.  And they all loved them so much they wanted me to make them again the next day for lunch too! These Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wraps are just like the ones at Taco Bell, but they are a million times better!



Buffalo Chicken Crunch Wraps

Preparation Time 10 minutes 

Cook Time 5 minutes 

Serves


Ingredients 


2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 

1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce 

2 tablespoons butter- melted 

1- 2 tablespoons green onion- chopped 

4 large tortillas 

1 cup cheddar cheese- shredded 

1/2 cup lettuce- shredded 

1/2 cup feta cheese- crumbled


 


Instructions 


  1. Combine the chicken, hot sauce, butter, green onion and cheese. 

  2. Place a tortilla on a board. Fill with a quarter of the chicken mixture. Top with feta cheese and shredded lettuce. Fold the edges to the centre. After wrapping, turn the wrap over to stop it from opening. 

  3. Heat a large skillet over a medium flame. Place the Crunchwrap pleat side down. Cook each side 3 minutes until golden and crunchy. 

  4. Serve with sour cream and extra hot sauce.
