It’s getting hot here and I want to create amazing desserts that don’t require me standing in the kitchen for ages with lots of ingredients. This biscoff banana pudding was just the easiest dessert and tasted amazing! I served it to my husband and his friends and they all gushed at how great it tasted, little did they know it was just so quick and easy to make.Â
Preparation Time 15 minutes
Chill Time 3 hours
Serves 8-10
IngredientsÂ
400 ml vanilla custard- coldÂ
2 cups whipping cream - cold
2 tablespoons sugarÂ
26 biscoff cookiesÂ
1/2 cup biscoff cookie crumbs
4 ripe bananansÂ
InstructionsÂ
Beat the cream and sugar on high speed until stiff peaks. Set it asideÂ
Mix the custard together until smooth.Â
Fold the whipped cream into the custard in 2 additions. Set it aside.Â
You will need to assemble this dessert in a 9x13 inch pyrex dish. Begin by layering with half the pudding, top with 18 broken cookies, top with half the cookie crumbs, then 2 sliced bananas. Top with the rest of the pudding and then decorate the top with biscoff cookies, crumbs and banana slices.Â
Chill the dessert for 2-3 hours before serving.Â
